Products and product information We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, ingredients, pricing, images, packaging details and usage instructions accurate. Use products according to their actual labels and directions. 4. Eligibility and user responsibilities By ordering, you confirm that you can enter a binding contract under applicable law, provide accurate contact and delivery details, and use the website lawfully. Do not use the website for fraud, submit false information, interfere with security, or misuse protected content. We may reject fraudulent, invalid or unlawful orders subject to law. 5. Pricing, taxes and offers Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts and other charges should be disclosed before an order is completed. If a material pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilment or cancel the affected order and refund where applicable. 6. Orders and confirmation A placed order is an offer to purchase and is subject to verification, stock availability and acceptance. An order acknowledgement or payment reference does not necessarily mean an order has been dispatched. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund subject to law. 7. Payment terms The website currently supports direct UPI payment to the UPI ID shown at checkout and may support other payment methods configured by the business. Direct UPI payments are manually reconciled by our team; submitting a transaction reference does not itself prove payment. Do not share your UPI PIN, banking password, card PIN or OTP with support. 8. Failed, pending or duplicate payments If money is debited but an order is not confirmed, contact support@adiyogiayurveda.in with the order details, amount and transaction reference. We will verify the payment and take appropriate action. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method where applicable. Bank or payment-provider timelines may vary. 9. Shipping and delivery Orders are dispatched and delivered according to estimates shown on the website or in order confirmation. Timelines may vary due to PIN code, courier availability, weather, holidays or logistical circumstances. You must provide an accurate address, PIN code and reachable phone number. Contact support for delayed, damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered orders. 10. Cancellation, returns and refunds Cancellation may be requested before dispatch; it may not be possible after dispatch. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the separate Shipping, Delivery, Return & Refund Policy. Opened or used wellness products may be subject to hygiene-based restrictions, except where a remedy is required by law or the circumstances qualify. Approved online-payment refunds are ordinarily sent to the original payment method. 11.
