Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, high-demand periods or unexpected delays. An order is dispatched once handed over to the delivery partner. We may contact you to verify an order or address. 3. Shipping and delivery We aim to deliver to serviceable locations within India. Estimated delivery is approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch. Any applicable shipping fee must be shown at checkout before the order is placed. Tracking information will be shared where available through the contact information provided at checkout. Delivery estimates may vary by PIN code, courier availability, weather, public holidays and circumstances beyond our control. Customers must provide a complete address, PIN code and reachable phone number. 4. Delayed, lost or undelivered orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, contact support with your order number so we can check with the delivery partner. If an order cannot be delivered, is confirmed lost or is returned, we will review the circumstances and explain available options, which may include reshipment or refund as appropriate and subject to law. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal, additional reshipping charges may apply; any charge will be communicated in advance. 5.
